Advantages of Sower basket mill

　　Basket mill is Sower patented product. Compared with traditional production process: first dispersing then grinding – two machines must be used. While by this basket mill, you can realize materials dispersing and grinding in only one machine. No need of pump or pipeline.

　　We can make the grinding basket to two layers. You can either input cooling media to take heat away generated from grinding and to extend basket service life accordingly, or input heat media to heat the grinding basket to improve the milling speed and efficiency.

　　The grinding basket is full stainless steel. With high grinding efficiency, easy to clean and without material residuals. So if your products have different colors, this basket mill would be quite a perfect choice for you and won’t pollute your materials.

　　Sower has various models of basket mills for option. For its lifting mode, we have pneumatic lifting type and hydraulic lifting type. Its lifting stroke can be customized if you required. Also, we can add a clamping device to fix the container or a cover to seal the container while it grinds materials. For its production capacity, we have basket miller for lab. test to middle batch production to large batch industrial production and meet different capacity requirements.
