General introduction of three rollers mill

　　Three rollers mill is mainly used to grind paints, inks, pigments, coatings, food, cosmetics etc. paste materials. But for materials with strong corrosion and may destroy the rollers, this tri-roller does not suit to grind.

　　Recently, it becomes the main equipment to grind materials to produce artificial leather plastic, soap, and pencil lead etc. products.

　　Three rollers mill are cold & hard alloy and centrifugal casting. Alloy thickness is around 15～25mm, surface hardness about HS68～75. The rollers are cut and ground by special convexity grinder, and leave some convexity on its surface. Due to its stiffness and expansion with heat and contract with cold, it will balance automatically to extend its service time, meanwhile, to improve its grinding efficiency and final fineness.

　　For normal materials, you can grind once, twice or more times according to the original size and hardness of particles to reach final fineness. (generally about 0.02mm, measured by fineness gauge)
