Daily usage and operation of basket mill

　　Proper operation can avoid accident and prolong the service life of basket mill, so the daily usage and operation methods of basket mill are summerized by Sower engineer as follow:

      1) Ensure working power supply of the mill first and ensure correct wire connections.

　　2) Check the bolt/screw fixing parts to ensure they are tightly fixed.

　　3) After work, clean the machine in time in case of materials getting dry and hard. When clean, dip the workhead and vessel into solvent for appropriate time, and slowly run it shortly.

　　4) If there is any abnormal sound happens during its running, stop immediately and check. Do not re-start until problems are found and solved.

　　5) If the motor does not work, please check the power supply, plug and connector, electrical brush. If everything is ok, but still can’t start the machine, please resort to professional technician for help or contact SOWER after service department. Never dis-mount the machine lest that some danger may occur due to unfamiliar with it.

　　6) Keep the mill in clean and dry place, away from dampness etc. Surrounding temperature should be less than 40℃, and prevent any impurity from spattering the motor.
